go events go! is a product of WeLikeTheCompany.com, LLC. Founded in Reno, Nevada in 2004, WeLikeTheCompany.com is based in Atlanta, Georgia. The company's owner and manager is David Buhler.
The website is a meeting place where Program Organizers can promote, and active people can find:
- Fitness classes
- Exercise groups
- Athletic events
- Leagues
- Tournaments
The goal:
- To simplify class, club, and event promotion.
- To simplify class, club, and event enrollment.
What Activities can I find?
We include activities where entrants are participants instead of spectators. If you are interested in an activity that is not available, let us know, and we'll consider adding it.
Who made this site?
David Buhler hatched the idea for this site back in 2001, when he was living in Knoxville, TN and looking for other cyclists to bike with on the weekends. For a few years, the site was used as a portfolio piece, and in 2007, David created a new site that included new sports and features.
David Buhler wrote the code.
Jonathan Moore designed the site and is responsible for our branding.
Jeffrey Nichols helped us to improve the usabilty and define the workflow.
