Queens Fitness Bootcamp was created by founders, Monique Lott & Stephanie Corrao. The goal of Fitness Bootcamp is to help each participant reach their ultimate level of total physical fitness.
Our participants execute a variety of fitness drills for sixty minutes, three times weekly, for four weeks. Queens Fitness Bootcamp combines conventional and non conventional exercises, resulting in the one and only...QUEENS FITNESS BOOT CAMP!
Fitness Boot Camp is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to more advanced, as our supervised workouts are self-paced. You select your weights and your level of intensityour drill instructors will be there to guide, encourage, instruct and motivate you toward your goals. You'll get strong, slim, and lean.
